                                        Encuentro Diaspora Afro, a grassroots organization anchored in the community of Boston and dedicated to dismantling racism, improving the lives of women and men of African descent, and creating a just society for all.

                                        National Coalition's Unity Diaspora Coalition Census Campaign

                                        The National Coalition on Black Civic Participation joined forces with the afrolatin@ forum through the Unity Diaspora campaign.  Since we understand that we share the same goal---to increase Black participation in the census and the numbers of those who identify as Black.

                                        La Red de Mujeres Afrolatinoamericanas, Afrocaribeñas y de la Diáspora es un espacio de articulación y empoderamiento de las mujeres afrodescendientes para la construcción y reconocimiento de sociedades democráticas, equitativas, justas, multiculturales, libres de racismo, de discriminación racial, sexismo y de exclusión, y promoción de la interculturalidad.

                                        College of Ethnic Studies at San Francisco State University

                                        The mission of the College of Ethnic Studies is to provide safe academic spaces and resources for all to learn the histories and contexts in which to practice the theories of resistance and liberation in order to eliminate racism and other forms of oppression; and to study in the first person voice the cultural and intellectual traditions of these peoples that are often ignored or misrepresented in the current U.S. academic canons.
